If its a highpitched hum only when you move the mouse, and if the sound gets more audible on a (mostly) white/bright screen, likely this can be solved by switching to digital audio out. If you hear anything, it should be a barely audible white noise type hiss from the tweeters. A hum would he indicative perhaps of a grounding issue. Be sure you're using balanced cables to connect your monitors to your interface.
