High strain rate servo hydraulic
WebMar 1, 2009 · Servo-hydraulic machines are usually used at this range of strain rates. However, detrimental oscillations appear on the measured load for strain rates above 10/s. In this paper, we present a modified servo-hydraulic machine. The load is measured by a Hopkinson bar-like technique. WebMechanical presses. Mechanical presses, such as automotive presses or C-frame presses, usually have hydraulically-actuated clutch-brake combinations. This requires press safety valves in addition to a reliable pressure and cooling oil supply. The press is protected against improper overload by (electro-)hydraulic overload protection.

WebAug 1, 2010 · Then the High-speed servo-hydraulic test machine was analysed in terms its ability to create a state of constant strain rate in the specimen. The invertible inertial forces in the load train prevented a linear elastic specimen to reach a state of constant strain rate before fracture. WebThe HTM series of servohydraulic high-speed testing machines allow strain-rate-dependent characteristic values to be determined over a wide speed range. Uses for machine include puncture tests and high-speed tensile …
