WebJun 20, 2024 · I ran across this issue with the wheels on my (former) Flagstaff 5er. The solution was to replace the original rubber stems with rubber HIGH PRESSURE valve stems which provided all of the support needed for my TST 507 non-flow through sensors with the security covers. On our TST 507 system, I've removed the rotating security covers, making the sensors even lighter and less noticeable. That also makes removing the sensors to air up no different than removing regular valve caps.

I have the TST 507 Color with 10 Cap Sensors on the F450 & the 5er (6+4). I had Tireminder on my last truck and prefer the TST. They are very easy to setup, and also easy to run the TST 507 with the truck only... or switch to truck and 5er when hooking up. Front wheels are a piece of cake to get on/off.
